The short version
The Agency FD is a small independent publication. We collect the minimum data we need to send the newsletter, answer your emails and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your data.
Newsletter signups
Our newsletter is delivered through Substack. When you subscribe, your email address is stored by Substack under their privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Emails you send us
If you email hello@theagencyfd.co.uk, we keep your message so we can reply and refer back to the conversation. We do not add you to the newsletter from a contact email.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Analytics are aggregated and do not identify you personally.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@theagencyfd.co.uk and a real person will reply.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
